Digital TV box restart - Mediabox

The digital TV box restart will allow you to regain control over it.

  1. Before you do the restart, make sure that there are three cables connected to it – power cable, signal cable and cable connecting the TV with the box (usually HDMI).
  2. Disconnect the power supply to the digital TV box – using the on/off switch on the back of the device or removing the plug from the socket.
  3. Wait at least 30 seconds and turn it on again.
  4. Once the display of the digital TV box displays the hour, press the UPC button on the pilot.
