- To log in use your user name and password.
Your user name must be one of the following:- e-mail address
- customer ID number that you can find in the service agreement or in every invoice issued by UPC
- an individually created name
Your password must be one of the following:- an individually created password - if your user name is your e-mail address or an individually created user name
- PESEL (or NIP for business customers in the following formats: XXX-XXX-XX-XX or XX-XXX-XXX-XX) – if your user name is your customer ID number
- If you key in correct data and you still cannot log in, we recommend deleting cookie files.
How to delete cookie files in the most popular web browsers?
- a) Google Chrome
- If you delete cookie files, you will be logged out from your saved websites. You may also lose your saved browser settings.
- Open Chrome web browser.
- In the upper right corner click on More, then click on More tools and Clear browsing data.
- Choose a time range - select All time.
- Check the boxes next to Cookies and other sites data and Cached images and files.
- Click on Clear data.
- b) Mozilla Firefox
- If you delete cookie files, you will be logged out from your saved websites. You may also lose your saved browser settings.
- Open Firefox web browser.
- In the upper right corner click on More, then click on History and Clear recent history.
- Set time range to clear - select Everything.
- Select Cookie and Cache.
- Click on OK.
- c) Internet Explorer
- If you delete cookie files, you will be logged out from your saved websites. You may also lose your saved browser settings.
- Open Internet Explorer web browser.
- In the upper right corner click on Tools, then click on Safety and Delete browsing history.
- Check the box next to Cookies and website data.
- Click on Delete.
